SOMATICALLY-INFORMED COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS

A return to Self.

In working with organizations and teams and helping them create psychological safety, I’ve noticed many people have little experience feeling safe in their own self. It’s more common than you think.

Whether it’s being raised by critical parents, a rigorous academic career or competitive athletics, we learn there’s always a right answer. Growing up in cultures with highly defined codes around behavioral norms: none of it is intrinsically good or bad, but the brain and the body become accustomed to avoid perceived danger. What do we learn?

“Is it safe to be me?”

We learn it’s better not to be who we are.

While I love working with organizations and teams, I’m being called to return to work with private individual clients. In private coaching, I’ll bring more of my roots in yoga and meditation, as well as somatically informed coaching. A somatic approach allows clients to integrate their brains and bodies, their heads and their heart. It’s permission to be whole and accepting of all parts of ourselves. After all, there are multitudes within us.

I’m excited about this work and look forward to exploring it with you.

Sessions start in April with limited availability. Sign up to receive more information and an invitation to a chemistry session.
